As the signature lobby-level restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, this ingredient-driven restaurant pays tribute to New Orleans grand dining, showcasing Chef Shaya’s spirited take on beloved local dishes, while providing surprise and fun to the dining experience.
