zuma is the creation of chef and co-founder Rainer Becker.
zuma’s menu features a variety of dishes from its three kitchens—the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. True to the izakaya experience, guests are offered dishes designed to be shared and brought to the table continuously throughout the meal. The menu offers a wide selection of elegantly presented dishes, including many items that are bolder in flavor than traditional Japanese cuisine.

We offer arange of menus to choose from and our sommelier and beverage teams are on hand to customize beverage pairings to suit your celebration or event needs including a unique wine or sake tasting experience. Yama seats 19 guests while Sabaku can accommodate up to 22 at the one table. The two rooms can be combined for up to 42 guests at one table or a cocktail reception for up to 50-100 guests dependent on the setup.
