Yardbird takes pride in our scratch kitchen. We’re honored to start with local ingredients, quality meats, and premium produce from specialty farms in their purest forms. Local berries macerate for eight hours to become the tiny jar of strawberry goodness that makes our freshly baked biscuits that much sweeter.
