Founded in 2005, the concept of Nevada Chicken Café was developed based on our simple philosophy… serving superior quality food at a reasonable price. We use fresh and never been frozen chickens & Ribs for all of our dishes. We choose only finest quality ingredients to prepare our food fresh daily in our kitchen. Our signature mesquite charcoal & rotisserie chickens & Ribs are marinated with our special recipe and roasted (or grilled) to perfection everyday. We serve gourmet wraps with daily fresh cut ingredients and fresh tossed salads. Our home made side orders are made fresh daily.
