Taranta is a small restaurant serving Italian food with a Peruvian twist, with a strong focus on sustainability. Our staff has decades of experience in hospitality paired with worldly education about our menu, and we strive to offer high quality food, great service, and wine from many small dedicated producers around the globe. We strive to provide our customers with amazing gastronomic experiences while educating and promoting care for the environment, and considering our social responsibility at all times.
As a part of our continuing effort to become more Eco-friendly we support sustainable seafood, grass fed, all natural antibiotic-hormone free beef, all natural poultry, natural and biodynamic wine, and local produce when possible. We are also promoting the importance of traceability and the relationships we build with our producers in order to provide our guests with plenty of information about the products we serve.
