Hector Chaparro, the executive chef, hails from Temascalcingo, Mexico, and Betty Pesce and her son jr – who will greet you at the front door – are third and fourth generation Portuguese from Hawaii . our team takes great pride in being a warm, friendly San Francisco eatery with a top notch seafood and Italian flair!
While you’re here indulge yourself with our classic cioppino – San Francisco’s seafood stew, filled with succulent dungeness crab, prawns, scallops, clams, mussels and calamari – utter perfection! And expect to be dazzled by mike’s wok crab, a creation of betty’s husband, mike – a concoction of dungeness crab, ginger, scallions, red peppers and soy sauce; wok tossed with lots of love.
