- Ruby Slipper Cafe serves a New Orleans twist on Southern brunch favorites 7 days a week. We are a scratch-kitchen, using fresh ingredients from local purveyors whenever possible. Our coffee and espresso are locally-roasted fair trade selections. Our house specialties include mix-and-match Eggs Benedicts on our house-made biscuits, Bananas Foster pain perdu, and Bloody Mary’s made with our house-infused bacon vodka.
