About Us
Blue Giant is a Chinese-American restaurant located in the Lower Garden District. We pay homage to the Chinese-American food of our youth, reimagining dishes like egg foo yung and crab rangoon with quality, local ingredients from South Louisiana. Are we traditional? Definitely not. Are we passionate about what we create? You bet. It’s our goal to respect the heritage of Chinese cuisine, while remaining passionate about flavor-packed dishes we love to cook.
