The centerpiece of Europa, our wood-fired brick oven is expertly handled by professional pizza makers with a combined thirty years of pizza making experience. We firmly believe the secret too good pizza is in the dough and as such have perfected our dough recipe through years of trial and error and combined with our hand-made mozzarella, proudly prepare each pizza with the belief that ours is the best in Brooklyn.
