We offer traditional sushi and sushi rolls. Sushi Wa’s specialty sushi and sushi rolls is the cornerstone of our innovated style. Next generation fusion of traditional and contemporary sushi and sushi rolls will tickle your pallet throughout the entire dining experience (À la carte or AYCE). Come in and enjoy traditional style sushi or our own original fusion style, where every unique sauce you happen to taste is our own creation. Chef Owner Joon Choi
Joon trained in Japan for 12 years before moving to LA where he worked for Hakata in Santa Monica. Joon brings of traditioanal JAPANESE STYLE fused with New York and California style.
