- Well here’s a little background on Mad Jacks. The original Mad Jacks was established in Brooklyn Park Minnesota, September of 2005. The concept we set out for was an upscale casual atmosphere and menu. With the family that helped Jack’s grow and develop over the first three years, we decided to venture to the east side of the cites in February of 2008 to develop the Vadnais Heights location. Providing you with a quality of service and ability to make all feel at home just like the original location does. - Mad Jacks offers many big screen LCD’s, as well as the fist place in Minnesota to have TV’s right in your booth for all your sport watching needs. Both stores have a cozy log cabin room great for grooms dinners, birthday parties, or just groups needing a more secluded space. There is also lots of outdoor seating available for those beautiful summer days. - As far as how are name originated, there are many different stories. Good luck hearing the same one twice. You’ll have to decide which story fits us best!
