About
Joe is by no means a newcomer to the restaurant business. After more than twenty years continuous service in one of the French Quarter’s most prestigious restaurants, Joe felt that he should assimilate all of his working experience and open a restaurant of his own where not only the tourists to New Orleans could enjoy his creativity of style and impeccable service, but also afford the fine people who live right here in Joe’s home town the very same epicurean delights without having to travel all the way to the French Quarter. Joe knows what people expect from a dining experience and is fully prepared to meet those expectations.
