We serve Original fresh Neapolitan Style Pizza from a 900° WOOD STONE Oven.
The wood-fired oven is a key element in the making of Neapolitan Pizza. The moisture and aroma of the wood allows the crust to maintain its internal softness, as well as ensuring large bubbles inside the dough, and the typical aroma of cooked bread. Our Oven runs at 900-1000 F at the dome, the temperature needed to perfectly bake Neapolitan Pizza in about 90 seconds. Neapolitan Pizzas are different in that the crust and toppings are perfectly balanced not too heavy, not too light and above all incredibly flavorful! The char marks are typical for Neapolitan pizza crust to be authentic in flavor, texture, and color.
