Established in 2001, The locally owned Appaloosa Grill is a refreshingly unique choice amongst the vast choice of typical eateries that line the 16th St. Mall. The grill’s diverse menu features a dizzying array of salads, sandwiches & burgers for lunch and an emphasis on gourmet comfort food flanked by its incredible seafood and steak programs for dinner. There is always an owner in the building and the newest member of the ownership team is the executive chef. The grill has always been known for its nightly live music, late night food and expansive happy hours. However, in recent times the focus has shifted to impeccably prepared lunch and dinner offerings major upgrades to the highly curated craft draft and cocktail programs. No matter the time of the day Appaloosa Grill has adapted itself to fit the greatest neighborhood needs for both locals and visitors alike.
