Black Cat Bistro - Boulder

The Black Cat is a chef-owned farm-to-table bistro serving modern French and American cuisine. Chef/Farmer Eric Skokan creates inspired dishes by employing the careful technique and preparation of local and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant’s 42 acre farm grows over 250 different fruits and vegetables and serves as an incubator for the further development of ‘Front Range’ cuisine. Enjoy the a la carte menu or try the chef’s selected five or seven course tasting menus (gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available). The award-winning wine list features artisan selections from around the world, focusing on small-production wines with an extensive selection of Colorado’s best wine makers.
