Inspired by a modern approach to authentic Mediterranean cuisine
At TAKSIM, we are inspired by the flavors and depth of traditional home cooking across the Mediterranean – from the Balkans to Anatolia, and to the lands where Turkish culture and cuisine were born.
Using different cooking techniques, we have reimagined tradition with locally sourced Californian produce.. Our dishes will change alongside our seasons to ensure that you have the freshest ingredients in front of you.
Our team has a profound love for Mediterranean gastronomy, a dedication to refinement, and a commitment to using the best ingredients.
