With Over 35 years of cooking Vietnamese food with 16 years in Viet Nam our chef Geoffrey Deetz has prepared the menu to feature the best of Vietnam’s fine dining in a Romantic French Indochine inspired restaurant. Our menu will take you all over Viet Nam from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang and Nha Trang to name a few. Highlighting the best of Vietnamese cuisine with the modernization of the menu to highlight current dietary trends with plant based dishes, Gluten free menu, Lamb chop curry, Vegan Mushroom Pho and much more from our ever changing menu. The Cosmo Room is located upstairs adjacent to the lounge. It is a private room with a full bar, 5-disc CD sound system with iPod hook-up and its own coat room.

The Captain’s Cabin is located adjacent to the main dining room on the bottom floor. Arrangements can be made for a satellite bar of wine, beer and premium water and/or cocktail service.

The back of the Captain’s Cabin is a semi-private space enclosed by luxurious floor-to-ceiling red velvet curtains. Arrangements can be made for a satellite bar of wine, beer and premium water and/or cocktail service.

Front of Captain’s Cabin
The front of the Captain’s Cabin is a semi-private space that ends with striking red velvet curtains toward the back. Arrangements can be made for a satellite bar of wine, beer and premium water and/or cocktail service.

The lounge, located on the second level of the restaurant, features a long mahogany (full) bar, comfortable rattan couches and low wooden coffee tables, continues the decorative theme and is available to be rented in its entirety or in sections. The space is ideal for featuring live entertainment such as a band or DJ.
Seated dinner: up to 120, with space for a reception
Reception: 250 (entire lounge) or 30-100 for a section of the lounge
The veranda is separated from the rest of the lounge by French doors that open onto a heated patio overlooking the tiled promenade which leads into the restaurant. Any event held on the veranda must end by 10:00 pm due to local city ordinance.
