FUN BUNS

Chadwick’s elevated version of a cinnamon roll. Our house-made dough, formed using the tangzhong method, is light, airy and retains its softness. We build each particular flavor of our Fun Buns by adding flavor-specific enhancements to both the dough and homemade cream cheese frosting.

DOUGH BOYS
Personal, pan-baked pizzas made with our signature focaccia-style dough. Light and airy on the inside while remaining crisp on the outside, our Dough Boys are packed with flavor before we add homemade marinara sauce and artisanal toppings.

WICKS
A smaller, folded version of our Dough Boys, using our same signature, flavor-packed focaccia dough. Filled with the artisanal ingredients found on top of our Dough Boys, Wicks are perfect for dipping in our house-made ranch or marinara sauces.

FOCACCIA
Our focaccia is slow fermented for 3 days resulting in a distinct flavor you can only get with patience and love. It's excellent all on its own, or dipped in one of our delicious sauces. But why stop there... it’s taller and fluffier than most focaccia & makes a superb sandwich.
