Our meats are butchered and freshly ground in house daily for our turkey, beef and bison burgers. We hand-cut all our steaks, dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. Our Bison Burger is our top seller. It’s got more protein and less fat and cholesterol than beef. We also provide a fresh salad bar and homemade soups daily. We are proud to provide quality food at an affordable price.
