Fume Bistro is a locals neighborhood restaurant, nestled north of downtown Napa, off of HWY 29. We are an American bistro with French, Italian and Mediterranean influences. We like to call our food simple, honest and seasonally correct. To accompany the food, we offer an eclectic wine list which is primarily, but not limited to California wines. Please note that our covered, heated terrace is open all year and super ‘dog friendly’ during lunch and brunch hours – during dinner in the colder months we enclose the terrace and it’s considered part of the dining room. Meet Chef & Owner Terry Letson
Terry comes from a huge family: he's one of eight kids. His love for food began first as survival...someone had to feed all those hungry mouths! Survival eventually grew into a passion for cooking. After years of hard work and two successful Los Angeles restaurants, Terry relocated to his food and wine mecca, the Napa Valley. His work ethic is second to none. Not only does he create each and every dish on the menus at Fumé, he also operates a successful and ever-expanding catering business.Terry has a large family of his own: five kids, with two still in school. He spends as much time as he can with “his boys,” who are often seen swinging from the rafters in the dining room. Artistic talent is abundant in his family; he is married to local artist Sheri DeBow, whose sought-after artwork is internationally recognized.

Hosting a large party? Join us on our beautiful, enclosed, Vineyard Terrace! Available to book your next work party, bridal shower, wedding rehearsal, anniversary, baby shower or birthday dinner. The space fits up to 50 people in the cooler months and 75 people in warmer weather.
