In fact, most of the ingredients in our premium pies go from farm to pizza oven in less than 24 hours! And our mozzarella is all-natural, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. That’s how we’ve earned our reputation as a top Beverly Hills restaurant since we opened our L.A. location in 2016.
