The Columbia City Farmers Market is in the center of the most diverse zip-code in the country with offerings as varied as its regulars. Find rare Asian greens in the same space as incredible Ethiopian fare. The CCFM’s proximity to the Columbia City light rail station makes it a convenient stop home for Wednesday evening commuters and its scenic footprint that cascades into Columbia Park is the perfect spot for dinner-time picnics with friends and family. This bustling scene is also a hub for food access as it is near many clinics offering these programs. Families across South Seattle come to the CCFM to nourish their loved ones with the best produce Washington has to offer because of aid provided by these programs. Though the Columbia City Farmers Market is now a part of our system, we have Karen Kinney to thank for establishing it in 1998.
