Situated in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara, our second largest weekly certified farmers’ market hosts 50-60 certified agricultural producers on a weekly basis, depending on the season. Thousands of locals and visitors gather on the open streets of the 600 & 700 blocks of State St. for our most festive weekly farmers’ market. Surrounding restaurants and bars are lively, and buskers line the sidewalks, all while our farmers offer their fresh harvests direct to the public. Opened in 1992, this is a very popular stop for some of Santa Barbara’s finest local chefs and caterers, who can be spotted pulling their wagons up and down the street.
