The cocktail experience at The Emerald Hour is one driven by high-end clear spirits and what our bartenders can find from local farmers’ markets and purveyors. A fresh and hand-crafted take on classic cocktails are the mainstays of our menu while our signature items are an exploration of modern mixology.
