A Boston native, Executive Chef Mark Sapienza, offers a variety of locally-sourced and produced foods in addition to house-made items. He has a direct relationship with local farmers and artisan food purveyors to offer the best meat, seafood, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Menus are changed seasonally to reflect the flavors of New England.
Café Fleuri, known as a power breakfast destination, includes traditional American dishes, healthy options and signature dishes such as House Smoked Maple Cured Salmon, Grilled Corned Beef Hash and Eggs or House Made Dried Fruit and Nut Granola. Lunch offers a variety of entrees including the Northeast Family Farms Beef Burger, Corn Flour Fried Point Judith Calamari, seasonal Maine lobster salad roll, and a selection of local seafood.
Only offered seasonally and starting in September, Café Fleuri is home to Saturday Chocolate Bar and Sunday City Brunch. Chocolate Bar is a dessert wonderland featuring over 100 chocolate delights and City Brunch features a bountiful buffet of seafood, omelets, salads, carving station, kid’s station, and a dessert table with selections from the Chocolate Bar.
