Their most popular dish is the Build Your Own Pasta Bar. You get your choice of seasoning, ingredients, pasta and sauce. Their chefs will cook your pasta on the spot. The ingredients come from thier Italian deli and include house-made sausage, house-made meatballs, kalamata olives, shrimp, scallops, peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and more! Optionally topped with parmesan cheese and served with a side of bread and butter.
