Executive Chef, Charoon Panichakul
Chef Charoonıs culinary expertise spans nearly 15 years in Denver
for such entities as Chelsea Catering and Boston Market.
His professional endeavors were honed with Continental Airlines for over
12 years at Stapleton and Denver International Airports and Boston Market
as well as known Stouffers and Hilton Inns. Chef Charoon has been not only
trained in the United States but in Thailand as an executive chef. As a member
of the American Culinary Federation, Colorado Culinary Institute of America, and a member of the Chef de Cuisine since 1988, he has also won awards for his culinary arts.
Sous Chef Edie Unium comes to us from the J's Noodle Restaurant in Denver Metro area. Chef Edie has had nearly fifteen years of expertise to bring you excellent dishes. She is also a family member with artistic talents especially in the kitchen.
We are real, real Thai people from Bangkok, Sukhothai, and Chiang Rai, Thailand. Some are new but others have only been in the United States for nearly 20 years. You will be tasting the authentic flavors of Thailand and how the real Thai people cook and enjoy their meals.
