Las Brisas Mexican Restaurant & Catering is a family-owned restaurant that opened its doors to the people of Greenwood Village, CO in 1987. At Las Brisas, we popularized the chipotle phenomenon – where we served guacamole and smoked jalapenos at our tableside.
The Latin food we serve at our restaurant has descended from the exotic shores of Mexico, South America, Spain and Mediterranean countries. We use the freshest ingredients to prepare our meals from scratch. Our sauces, dressings and recipes are 100% homemade.
